Those pictures look incredible. I have to say, though, that they appear intimidatingly difficult to compose--somebody in the kitchen has very fine motor skills!
ReplyDeleteAgreed, the plating is really involved. Here's a clip of Jordan plating a beef dish: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=waAl-_svUx8. One positive externality, though, is that it makes for a nicely paced meal.
